Refund Policy

Our refund policy for transport services bookings is designed to comply with Singapore laws while ensuring customer satisfaction.

For services that require 3 days notice period, customers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds for all services, less than 24 hours of the scheduled service.

In the event of service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their booking at no additional cost.
